Membership

If you wish to play or to watch cricket in the Sevenoaks area then SVC and SVCC would be delighted to welcome you as a member. We welcome cricketers of all ages and abilities and there can be few better places for non-playing members to watch the game than at the historic Vine ground.

The club is an open club and everyone is invited to join.  We have two sections, Juniors and Seniors, with the following classes of membership:-

  • Full playing member
  • U21s and Students
  • Old Oaks
  • Juniors
  • Non-playing member

Sevenoaks Vine CC is an open and inclusive club.  We ask all members, whether Junior or Senior, to download and complete our “Inclusion and Diversity Monitoring Form” and thank you for your co-operation.  Please return it to the appropriate membership secretary.

Junior Indoor Nets 2019

Winter Nets are an optional extra. Registration / payment is required in addition to regular membership, please use the links above.

NOTE: From U11s onwards cricketers play almost exclusively with a hard ball, a box (abdominal guard) and helmet are required.

Junior Summer Training 2019
Location:  Sevenoaks Vine Otford Ground (34 Leonard Ave, Otford, Sevenoaks TN14 5RB)

All inclusive Junior Membership (includes summer coaching and any junior matches) £145

 

U7 & U9 (Boys & Girls from Reception to Year 4) on Sundays from 10:00 to midday.

Sessions run from Sun 28th April – Sun 21st July

 

NOTE: From U11s onwards cricketers play almost exclusively with a hard ball, a box (abdominal guard) and helmet are required.

U11 (Year 5 & 6) on Fridays from 6pm to 7.30pm (8pm as the summer advances)

Sessions run from Fri 26th April – Fri 19th July

 

U13 (Year 7 & 8) and U15 (Year 9 & 10) on Thursdays from 6pm to 7.30pm (8pm as the summer advances)

Sessions run from Thu 25th April – Thu 18th July

 

Girls Squad (U11 / U13 / U15, Year 5 – 10) on Fridays.

Soft ball cricket from 6pm to 7pm, then as the light improves hard ball cricket from 7pm to 8pm

Girls can attend both or either once the light is good enough for both sessions. It will start with one hour of soft ball from 6pm.

SENIOR WINTER NETS 2019

Sennocke Centre Sevenoaks School, 7 Sessions

20:00 – 21:00 Sundays 17th Feb,

19:00 – 21:00 Sundays 24th Feb, 10th Mar, 17th Mar, 24th Mar, 31st Mar, 7th Apr (no Senior Nets on Sun 3rd March)

Members and prospective new members of all abilities are most welcome.

All members need to register their details, and ensure they keep them updated, on the ECB Play-Cricket web site.

The club operates under a constitution voted in by AGM and in accordance with Clubmark.

All members and guests are expected to adhere to the Club’s code of conduct, breaches may result in disciplinary procedures or even dismissal.
