Old Oaks play their home games on Sevenoaks Vine

Welcome to the Old Oaks, formed over ten years ago for the over 40s of SVCC and neighbouring clubs who still want to play friendly, non-league cricket and enjoy a couple of pints after the game and maybe a take-away curry.

We play T20 matches on Friday evenings on the Vine against many different teams from around the Sevenoaks area including some matches for trophies to commemorate past members.  These games always have a bit of added interest and it is particularly good to welcome:-

  • Shoreham to play the (Peter) Walker Cup
  • Knockers to play the (Steve) Trounce Trophy
  • Ightham to play the (Harry) Rawlinson Cup

Fun and socialising is the name of game and in 2007 we went on an overseas tour to the Isle of Wight, If you are interested in playing please contact Charlie Compton.
